ClipSmart and all associated branding, design, and content is owned by Ajay Ramesh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Your shopping list data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over the content you add to your list.
ClipSmart is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We are not liable for any savings claims, missed coupons, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSmart and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $0 during the free beta period.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@clipsmart.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will delete your data upon request within 5 business days.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify beta users of significant changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of ClipSmart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
